With over 10 years of experience in high-performance sport as a rugby athlete, playing for teams like the Manawatu Turbos, West Coast, and club teams in Ireland, I bring both practical knowledge and professional expertise to my role as a Strength & Conditioning Coach.
I’m still actively competing, which keeps me connected to the daily demands of training, performance, and recovery at a high level. Having been through the wringer myself, including a shoulder dislocation, collar bone removal, and PCL reconstruction, I deeply understand the reality of sports injuries.
